Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer for a pharmaceutical start-up focused on chronic wound care, Dr. Rhodes brings expertise spanning R&D, clinical research, technology assessment, and strategic business development. She holds degrees in Chemistry and Technology Management and completed doctoral research in Molecular Orbital Computational Stereochemistry at the University of Hull, UK.
