Dr. Brian Lepow is a podiatric surgeon and educator specializing in advanced limb preservation and diabetic foot care. He serves as Assistant Professor in the Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, Division of Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Therapy at Baylor College of Medicine.

Previously, Dr. Lepow held leadership roles as Chief of Podiatry and Director of Clinical Operations at HOPE Vascular and Podiatry in Houston, Texas. His work bridges clinical practice, research, and education, with a focus on multidisciplinary approaches to improve outcomes in diabetic wound care and vascular health.
